Bring the Poudre River Experience to Your Next Event!
Step into an immersive journey along the Cache la Poudre River. This 30’ x 10’ tunnel allows you to learn about each section of the river from Headwaters to the Lower Watershed. See the wildlife and habitat along the way, smell the scents of nature and hear the sounds of the great outdoors.
The Poudre River Experience is perfect for all ages and is a great addition to any event celebrating the Cache la Poudre River, our environment, or our great Fort Collins community.

• All materials for the Poudre River Experience are provided along with detailed set-up and tear-down instructions.
• The Poudre River Experience takes up to two hours to set up and requires a small team of at least three people.
• The Poudre River Experience is a 30’ x 10’ tunnel. Please ensure that your event has adequate space to accommodate these dimensions.
• The Poudre River Experience is not weather proof and must be safely secured at all events in case of wind or severe weather.

Renters can choose to set up and tear down the Poudre River Experience or they can hire members of the Poudre RiverFest team to set up and tear down the Poudre River Experience.
• Business self set up and tear down: $250 per event*
• Business hired set up and tear down: $500 per event*
*All rentals will cost an additional nonrefundable $50 delivery fee and a refundable $200 security deposit to cover any damages of the Poudre River Experience and its materials. If no damages occur, vendors can receive the full $200 back or choose to donate the full deposit or a portion of the deposit to the Poudre RiverFest to help support the annual event and its restoration efforts along the Cache la Poudre River.

The Poudre RiverFest will not require nonprofits to pay rental fees for the Poudre River Experience. In return, we ask that all nonprofits who rent the Poudre River Experience take photos of the tunnel at the event to post them on social media with the tag @poudreriverfest.
In addition, we would love to promote the Poudre RiverFest and our organizing committee at any nonprofit event. We are interested in reserving a booth or space at your event in place of the rental fees. For more information about event booths, please email: coordinator@poudreriverfest.org
